2011 Ram 1500 Review
Many important vehicle reviewers enjoyed the 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 because it has a comfortable and smooth ride, for which it is considered one of the best in its class due to its rear suspension system. Reviewers who tested the V-6 engine model of the Ram felt that it was underpowered. On top of that, the V-6 model uses as much fuel as the available V-8 engines. With that in mind, test drivers preferred the available V-8’s over the V-6 engine. As far as fuel economy goes, the Ram 1500 is a bit on the lower side. This truck can tow as much is 10,450 pounds with the 5.7 L V-8 engine.
This vehicle, according to reviewers, has an abundantly appointed and sturdily built cabin. This is especially true of the upper levels of trim. The regular model seats three people comfortably, and the crew cab and quad cab editions can fit six people without any problem. There is plenty of available support and space within the front seat.
According to one critic, we’ve learned that the second row of the crew cab is spacious and comfortable. But the quad cab does not have as much back space room as the crew cab version. Like the majority of trucks, the standard Dodge Ram 1500 for 2011 has some nice standard equipment and features.
