Get matched with your Concierge and align on your needs. Then we'll get to work!

Once you've completed onboarding, we will match you with a member of our deal team where we will schedule a kick off call to walk through the entire process and answer any questions you may have. You will also have access to a personalized dashboard where you will be able to track the progress of your deal as your Concierge gets to work.

We'll get you set up to pick up your car, or if you need it delivered, we've got that handled too.

If you’re buying a car out of state and choose to get it delivered to you, you might incur a shipping cost. Shipping costs vary based on several factors including the year, make, model, and trim of the vehicle, as well as the distance it needs to be transported.

Once we know the details of your vehicle and the delivery location, we can provide you with a shipping estimate. Many customers opt to have their car from out-of-state to get the best deal on their car or to get the exact make, model, and trim that they want. CarEdge customers pay an average of $1,000 for out-of-state shipping.

Is my payment refundable?

We’re good people and want you to be happy. If you’re not happy with our service, let’s talk and make it better. We reserve the right to refund customers on a case-by-case basis.

What if I don’t like the results of the Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) report?

If your used 2019 or newer vehicle returns Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) details that are not satisfactory and you do not wish to continue with that vehicle, your dedicated Concierge will search for another vehicle for you to ensure we land you a high quality vehicle that you love. We can also use the results of the PPI to negotiate a better deal, if applicable.

A Concierge member will contact you within 24 hours during the business week or first thing Monday during holidays and weekends.
