What is the CarEdge & CQA Partnership?

How does the trade-in process work?
While we currently do not offer the option to trade in your car as a direct part of our partnership with Car Questions Answered, we can absolutely help you trade-in your car! On CarEdge.com, we have a car selling service that helps you get top dollar for your trade!
How much does shipping cost?
While shipping can be estimated on the previous vehicle details page, shipping costs do vary and typically costs around $1.25 per mile. The cost of shipping will be finalized once you have completed the deal for your new vehicle. All details for shipping will be coordinated by CarEdge so you do not have to deal with logistics. CarEdge does not charge a shipping coordination fee.
How Long Will It Take For Someone To Contact Me?
Once you have paid your deposit and completed the onboarding form, your information will be sent directly to Brandon and his team. You should expect to hear from them within 1 business day to go through next steps.
Is My Deposit Refundable?
Your deposit is non-refundable unless the car is unavailable for purchase.
How do I pay?
All payments must be Cash or through your own financing. No leasing or dealership financing will be accepted. All Payments should be wired directly to the dealership within 72 hours of deposit (more details will be given to you after submitting the deposit)
