What does Tire & Wheel Coverage include?
This coverage provides for the repair or replacement of your vehicle’s tires and wheels if they become unserviceable due to a road hazard, like potholes, nails, glass, or other debris on public roads. Unserviceable means the tire is unsafe, punctured, or damaged, or the wheel cannot hold a seal or balance.
Are there any specific types of tires or wheels that are not covered?
The coverage excludes chrome wheels (unless specifically covered), wheels larger than 24 inches, tires with less than 3/32” tread depth at the time of claim, and damage from conditions like misuse, abuse, misalignment, or vandalism.
How do I file a claim?
You must report claims as soon as reasonably possible by contacting the Administrator. For service within a 25-mile radius of the seller, return there for repair or replacement. Otherwise, go to any licensed repair facility or franchised dealer, ensuring prior authorization from the Administrator.
Is there a deductible for Tire & Wheel Coverage claims?
The contract includes a $0 deductible per claim.
Does coverage include roadside assistance or towing services?
Yes, it includes 24-hour roadside assistance, towing up to 25 miles, emergency road service, essential fluids or supply delivery, flat tire changes or repairs, emergency battery service, and lockout services.
Is there a deductible for Key Replacement claims?

The contract includes a $0 deductible per claim.

What happens to my coverage if I sell my car?
The coverage terminates upon sale of the vehicle, but you may transfer it to the new owner within 30 days of sale, subject to a $50 transfer fee and provided documentation. If not transferred, you must notify the Administrator within 30 days of the sale for a possible refund of the unearned portion of the Agreement Price.
