How does CarEdge work?
You tell us exactly what kind of vehicle you want, and we’ll take it from there. We will find your car and negotiate the best deal on pricing, trade-in (if applicable), financing, warranties, and insurance. We’ll present to you the deal we’ve secured, and once you’re ready to proceed with the purchase, we’ll walk you through the paperwork and arrange for home delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
When you buy a new car from a CarEdge Trusted Dealer, home delivery is free for vehicles within 500 miles of the dealer location. There is $250 fee for vehicles outside of the 500 mile range.
For vehicles purchased from outside of our Trusted Dealer network, delivery fees are determined by the distance from the dealership to your home. Your CarEdge Concierge will have the precise cost.
What if I have a trade-in?
Our team will negotiate on your behalf to get you the most money for your trade-in. Just let your Concierge know if you are considering trading in your vehicle. We’ll run all offers by you before we close the deal.
What about paperwork and registration?
Your Concierge will walk you through the paperwork. Your Concierge handles every detail, guiding you seamlessly through the purchase and state registration process.
How and when do I pay?
What if I’m not satisfied?
Our team won’t close the deal without your approval. If you’re not satisfied after delivery of your vehicle, we offer a 50% back refund. There are no refunds on vehicle deposits.
