1. Who Can Enter: CarEdge Consumer Pro Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years old or older at time of entry.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.  The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Auto Advocate Inc. (d/b/a CarEdge) with a principal place of business at 5268 Nicholson Ln Suite G176, Kensington, MD 20895 (the “Sponsor”). Employees of Sponsor, its parent and affiliate companies, the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

2. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decision, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.  

3.  When to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins on September 30, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends October 6, 2025 at 11:59 a.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, log into your CarEdge account (the “Account”) and follow the links and instructions to submit a consumer insights survey.  If you do not have a CarEdge account, visit www.caredge.com and follow the links and instructions to create a CarEdge account.  Upon submitting a consumer insights survey, you will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes.  Limit: You may enter the Sweepstakes 1 time, regardless of the method of entry, during the promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using the same/multiple/different email addresses, identities, Accounts, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void your entries and you may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be void. 

In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for an Account will be deemed to be the registrant or player and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Winner Selection: Sponsor will administer the drawing of the Sweepstakes winner.  Sponsor’s administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the promotion Period, on or around October 8, 2025. The potential winner will be notified by mail, email, phone or through that person’s Account. The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for these or any other reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only 2 alternate drawings will be held after which the prize will remain un-awarded.  Sponsor will use their respective best efforts to award prizes within 4 weeks after the date of notification.  

6. Prize: 1 Grand Prize: A $50 USD gift card.  Terms and conditions of the gift card may apply.

For the Prizes: The prize non-transferable and no substitution will be made, unless determined otherwise by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. 

7. Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its respective affiliates, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, costs and expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt and use of the Grand Prize.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  If terminated, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, randomly select winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of such action.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Any failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules or any applicable laws shall not constitute a waiver of such right.  If any provision of these Official Rules is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then entrant, Sponsor and the court shall endeavor to give effect to the intent reflected in that provision, and the remaining Official Rules shall retain their full force and effect.

 
9. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, typographical, printing or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) any error or problem of any kind which may occur in connection with or relating to this Sweepstakes, whether technical, network, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, any errors or problem which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries or the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (5) late, lost, garbled, delayed, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.  If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

10. Disputes: Any and all disputes arising from participation in this Sweepstakes and the interpretation, validity and construction of these Official Rules shall be by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to the laws and/or jurisdiction of your legal residence. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all claims and causes of action arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the United States located in the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions and without resort to any form of class action.
