Certification is not for sale. It licenses a credential a dealer has already earned, then adds the experience guarantee and ongoing verification on top.
Earn an A on the DTI
A dealer must already hold an A grade, calculated from real out-the-door quotes. The grade is earned from data, never bought. An A is a hard prerequisite: no A, no certification.
